S = ce2

The purpose of business is to create and keep a customer. We all know and agree, but in many board decisions, the Customer's focus is not always clear, or worse, and customer focus is even missing.

customer satisfaction

We should never ignore the importance of customer satisfaction. There are dozens of factors contributing to the success (or failure); customer satisfaction is one.

employee satisfaction
Customer satisfaction can't be established without motivated employees. Well motivated employees are the biggest asset of an organisation. Retail is about adding value to products by advice and service. The only way to create sustainability and continuity is to be different and better

S = ce 2

Like Einstein's E=mc2 theory, managing business is all about energy. When employees are motivated, they become energised, advising and servicing the customer the right way creates customer satisfaction. Happy customers come back, buy more, and, even more importantly, share their positive experiences with others. Altogether this ultimately brings a positive result for everyone involved and creates energy. Shareholders satisfaction equals  customer satisfaction, multiplied by employee satisfaction  squared.
